Directions for Use

Preparation

• Review the case and confirm the tooth to be extracted along with its position and condition
• Select the pattern-specific forcep from the kit that matches the target tooth anatomy
• Inspect the selected forcep beaks and hinge for damage and confirm it is sterile

Application

• Achieve adequate local anaesthesia and complete any required luxation with elevators
• Seat the forcep beaks along the root surface as far apically as possible under the gingiva
• Ensure the beaks adapt to the tooth without engaging adjacent teeth or soft tissue

Extraction

• Apply controlled apical pressure followed by slow buccolingual luxation movements
• Use steady rotational or figure-of-eight motion as appropriate for the tooth being removed

Post Use Care
