Directions for Use

• Power Off
  Switch off the scaler and unplug it from the power source. Drain the water bottle completely.
• Open the Casing
  Unscrew the back/side panel of the Max Piezo 2 unit and carefully remove the outer casing.
• Locate the Solenoid Valve
  Identify the solenoid valve connected between the water inlet tubing and the PCB wiring harness.

Disconnect the Old Valve

• Unplug the electrical connectors from the valve terminals
• Use a nose plier to gently loosen and detach the inlet and outlet water tubes

Install the New Valve

• Mount the new solenoid valve in the same position
• Reconnect the inlet and outlet water tubes securely
• Plug in the electrical connectors ensuring correct polarity

Check Connections
Use a multimeter to verify:

• Voltage at terminals: ~24V DC during operation
• Coil resistance: 20–40Ω

Reassemble & Test

• Refit the outer casing and tighten the screws
• Refill the water bottle and power on the unit
• Run the scaler and confirm smooth water flow with no leakage
