Directions for Use

• Prepare the Facebow Wire: Identify the areas on the inner bow that require bending to fit the patient’s dental arch. Mark the wire where bends are needed, such as at the cuspid region or solder joints
• Position the Wire in the Plier: Place the facebow wire deep into the plier’s beaks, using the graduated cones or flat base as a vice to control the bend
• Make Bends: Apply outward or inward pressure with the plier to create precise bends like omega loops, bayonet bends, or sweeps. Bends should adapt the wire about 5-6 mm from the incisor teeth and 2-3 mm from bicuspid teeth
• Check Fit: Try the wire on the model or patient to ensure proper adaptation and make fine adjustments as needed
• Finalize: Cut excess wire if necessary and ensure all bends are secure for optimal fit and function
