Directions for Use

Band Selection

• Choose the correct band size (#30–#44) based on the patient’s molar anatomy. Laser-etched markings aid identification

Band Placement

• Seat the band on the first molar, ensuring it fits snugly below the gingival margin and aligns with the occlusal surface
• Use band pushers or bite sticks to secure the band without tissue impingement

Cementation

• Apply glass ionomer cement or resin-modified cement to the band’s inner surface
• Position the band on the tooth, ensuring the prewelded buccal tube faces buccally for archwire insertion

Archwire Engagement

• Insert the archwire into the 0.022″ slot of the buccal tube
• For upper molars (U2), use the dual tubes to attach auxiliary wires (e.g., headgear, lip bumpers) if needed
• Lower molars (L1) utilize a single tube for standard archwire placement

Auxiliary Attachments

• Utilize the auxiliary rectangular tube (U2) for additional appliances
