Directions for Use

To Insert the Bur

• Pull back the knurled knob then mount the Chuck Wrench onto the handpiece head.
• Push the knob into the head then turn the knob about 1/4 turn counter clockwise.
• Insert the bur into the chuck and turn the knob about 1/4 turn clockwise until it stops.
• Remove the Chuck Wrench from the head by pulling back the knurled knob and releasing the wrench.
• Ensure that the bur is secure by gently pulling and pushing the bur.

To Remove the Bur

• To remove the bur, push the knob into the head then turn the knob about 1/4 turn counter anti-clockwise.

Sterilization: Sterilize the product by autoclave sterilization.

• Remove the bur after each patient and sterilize as noted below.
• Insert into an autoclave pouch. Seal the pouch.
• Autoclavable under the conditions : Autoclave for more than 20 min. at 121°C, or 15 min. at 132°C, or 3 min. at 134°C.
• The handpiece should remain in the autoclave pouch until required for use.

Cartridge:

• Cartridge Replacement: Loosen the cap using the correct wrench tool. Gently lever the entire cartridge out from the head using a bur.
• Head Maintenance: Clean the head interior with NSK PANA SPRAY Plus/PANA SPRAY. Apply NSK PANA SPRAY Plus/PANA SPRAY oil over the head interior.
• New Cartridge Insertion: Align the pin on the new cartridge with the slot on the head. Securely tighten the head cap using the appropriate wrench.

• Manufacturer/Importer warranty of 1 Year against manufacturing defect
• Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product
  
• Dentalkart will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
• Dentalkart and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Dentalkart may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
