• Only for bony voids or gaps that are not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure.
• To be gently packed into bony voids or gaps in the skeletal system (i.e., Posterolateral Spinal Arthrodesis, Non-Union and Acute Fracture Repair). These defects may be surgically created osseous defects or osseous defects created from traumatic injury to the bone.

Directions for Use

• Prepare the surgical site by debriding and irrigating the defect thoroughly.

• Remove the sterile cap from the syringe.

• Dispense the putty directly into the defect by pressing the plunger steadily.

• Shape and compact the material to fully fill the defect, avoiding over-packing.

• Cover with a membrane if required by the procedure.

• Suture the site to ensure primary closure and initiate healing.

• Discard any unused material; single-use only
