Directions for Use

Design Preparation:

• Create or import your dental prosthetic design using compatible CAD software such as exocad or 3Shape.

File Export:

• Export the design in STL format and import it into supported CAM nesting software (e.g., WorkNC, Hyperdent, or Millbox).

Toolpath Generation:

• Generate and verify toolpaths in the CAM software, ensuring correct milling parameters for the selected material.

Load Program:

• Transfer the toolpath file to the machine via its interface or connected system.

Machine Initialization:

• Power on the machine, run the homing sequence, and ensure all axes are calibrated.

Start Milling:

• Begin the milling process. Monitor for smooth operation and material engagement.

Post-Milling:

• Once milling is complete, safely remove the milled prosthetics and clean the machine for the next cycle.
