Directions for Use

Prepare the Patient:

• Ensure the patient is seated comfortably and that both upper and lower record bases with wax rims are properly fitted

Attach the Tracer:

• Secure the tracer device externally, aligning it with the midline of the patient’s face and ensuring it is stable

Establish Vertical Dimension:

• Adjust the vertical dimension of occlusion (VDO) as needed using the wax rims before beginning the tracing process

Guide Mandibular Movements:

• Instruct the patient to perform mandibular movements—forward (protrusive), backward (retrusive), and lateral (side-to-side)

Record Tracing:

• Observe and mark the tracing pattern, particularly the apex of the gothic arch, to identify the centric relation point

Take Protrusive Record:

• Once the tracings are complete, register the protrusive position for accurate bite recording

Remove and Clean:

• Gently remove the device and clean it thoroughly before sterilization
