Description

Twin Kleen is A Mild Chelating agent HEBP with short term compatibility with sodium hypochlorite, The combination eliminates the debris impaction in the anatomical irregularity. The combination also reduces the AHTD (Accumulated Hard Tissue Debris) and prevents sear layer formation during rotary instrumentation. Mixing Tween Kleen With sodium hypochlorite. One can avoid the irrigation sequence and the combination can be used as one irrigating solution. The combination can be used during instrumentation and as a final rinse solution.

INDICATIONS:

Twin Kleen is an additive to endodontic irrigating solutions for all endodontic procedure during root canal instrumentation and as a final rinse solution.

Hypochlorite compatible chelating agent for continious chelation & irrigation during root canal treatments

ADVANTAGES:

• It can be used as single step irrigation solution in endodontics 
• It acts as a mild chelator which does not interfere with NaOCL action 
• Short term compatibility once solution prepared should be used in 120 min.
• It does not allow smear layer to built up thereby increasing the penetration of hypochlorite when used togather 
• There is no need to use edta gel or liquid or chlorhexidene when this combination is used so reduced inventory 
• The combination ph is 11.86 and e feacalis cannot survive beyond ph of 11.50.
• The combination can kill e feacalis with the contact time of 10 min.
• 3% NaOCL is preferred .
• Acts as antibacterial, lubricant,emulsifying agent and does allow smear layer to built up 
• Less or no postoperative pain as no debris is packed in inaccessible areas

• STORAGE: Store in a dry place.
• TOXICITY: The powder is caustic. Do not swallow, inhale or bring it into contact with your eyes or other mucous membranes if it gets into your eyes or mucous membranes, rinse with plenty of water.
• Use of rubber dam is advised

Directions for Use

STEP 1:

• Take 10 ml of Sodium Hypochlorite (3% or 5%) 3% is preferred

STEP 2:

• Break Open Two Capsules f Twin Kleen (each capsule contains 0.45gm

STEP 3:

• Pour the powder in the solution

STEP 4:

• Stir the solution with sterile spatula for about 60 seconds

STEP 5:

• Aspirate the solution in the syringe

STEP 6:

• Attach Irrigation Needle

STEP 7:

• One Step Irrigating Solution is ready to use

STEP 8:

• Solution once prepared should be used within 120 minutes
