Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure that all necessary tools and materials are ready and the working area is clean.
• Prepare the components that need to be fixed, such as resin teeth or dental models.

Heating the Wax:

• Gently heat the Maarc Sticky Wax using a wax heater, alcohol torch, or warm water bath.
• Heat just enough to soften the wax without melting it completely, as it should remain pliable and tacky.

Application:

• Using a spatula or wax knife, apply a small amount of softened sticky wax to the surface of the component to be fixed.
• Position the resin teeth or other components onto the waxed surface, pressing gently to ensure adhesion.

Stabilizing the Components:

• Adjust the components as needed to achieve the desired alignment and positioning.
• Allow the wax to cool and harden, securing the components in place. This typically takes a few minutes.

Final Adjustments:

• Check the stability and accuracy of the setup. Make any necessary fine adjustments by reheating the wax slightly if needed.

Fixation:

• Once satisfied with the positioning, proceed with the next steps in the dental prosthesis fabrication process, such as investing or casting.
• Ensure that the wax holds the components securely during these procedures.

Clean Burnout:

• During the burnout phase, Maarc Sticky Wax will provide a clean burnout, leaving minimal residue and ensuring that the mold space is accurately maintained.

Removal:

• After the fixation or casting process, remove any remaining wax by gently heating and wiping it away.
• Clean the components thoroughly to ensure no wax residue is left before final assembly.
