Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the working area and tools are clean and dry.
• Select the appropriate length of Maarc Wire Wax for the specific spruing task.

Application:

• Creating Sprues:
  • Cut the required length of the wire wax.
  • Attach the wax sprue to the pattern, ensuring a secure connection.
  • Position the sprue and pattern correctly in the mounting base.
• Mounting Process:
  • Securely fix the sprue in place, ensuring it maintains its shape and stability.
  • Verify that the wax pattern and sprue are properly aligned.

Burnout:

• Place the mounted pattern in the burnout oven.
• Follow standard burnout procedures, allowing the wax to melt away cleanly without leaving any residue.

Casting:

• Proceed with the casting process once the burnout is complete.
• Ensure that all wax residues are completely removed before casting the dental prosthesis.

Storage:

• Store any unused wire wax at temperatures between 10°C to 30°C.
• Keep the wax in a cool, dry place to maintain its properties and extend shelf life.

Maintenance:

• Regularly check the condition of the wire wax and replace it if it shows signs of degradation or contamination.
