Directions for Use

• Wear PPE (gloves, mask/eye protection) and work in a well-ventilated area.
• Pre-clean instruments: remove gross soil, brush/ultrasonic clean, then rinse and dry.
• Verify disinfectant strength with test strips; prepare Cidex/OPA as per manufacturer IFU.
• Fill tray to marked level; place instruments in open/parted state, fully immersed—no air bubbles.
• Close the lid to minimize fumes/contamination; start timer for the required contact time per IFU.
• Do not mix chemicals; replace solution at end-of-use life or if test fails.
• After soaking, remove items with forceps; rinse thoroughly with sterile/filtered water as directed (e.g., multiple rinses for OPA).
• Dry with sterile, lint-free wipes; store in aseptic packaging or proceed to immediate use.
• Empty, rinse, and air-dry the tray; dispose of spent solution as biomedical/chemical waste per local regulations.
• Note: This tray supports high-level disinfection workflows; it is not a sterilizer.
