Life Clinical Autoclaves are sturdily constructed in rust-proof, heavy gauge Aluminum for use in rugged condition. It’s a unique vessel that generates steam under pressure and temperature between 120°C to 125° Celsius. On reaching the right temperature the instruments are subject to a saturated steam environment for a pre specified time which results in safe and guaranteed sterilization.

The range of Autoclaves are available in various models and sizes from 4 litres capacity to 45 litres capacity to suit different application. These can be used on Electricity as well as on many external heat sources such as kerosene stove, gas burner, wood & charcoal. All the models are equipped with heat resistant handles and other safety features. Needless to mention, strict check is maintained at all stages of production.

Directions for Use

Setup:

• Place the autoclave on a stable surface, ensuring proper ventilation.
• Connect the autoclave to a suitable power supply (220V).
• Ensure the autoclave is clean and free from any debris.

Loading Instruments:

• Open the autoclave lid using the heat-resistant handles.
• Load instruments into the dressing drum, ensuring proper spacing for effective steam circulation.
• Close the lid securely.

Preparing for Sterilization:

• Check that the pressure release weight valve and steam release/control valve are in the closed position.
• Connect the power cable securely.
• Ensure the dressing drum fits properly for the chosen autoclave model.

Sterilization Parameters:

• Set the sterilization parameters, including the desired temperature and pressure, as per the technical specifications provided.
• Double-check that the autoclave is set to the correct operating mode (electric or external heat source).

Starting the Sterilization Cycle:

• Power on the autoclave and start the sterilization cycle.
• Monitor the color-coded pressure gauge to ensure the internal chamber conditions are within the specified range.

Completion and Cooling:

• Once the sterilization cycle completes, allow the autoclave to cool down before opening the lid.
• Use caution when handling the instruments, as they may be hot.

Unloading Instruments:

• Carefully open the lid and remove the sterilized instruments from the dressing drum.
• Follow proper aseptic techniques when handling sterilized items.

Shutdown:

• Turn off the autoclave and disconnect the power supply
