Description

The Life SteriCab UV Cabinet with 24 Trays (Double Door) is a high-capacity ultraviolet storage solution designed to safely preserve sterilized instruments and prevent microbial re-contamination. Intended for use after autoclaving, it ensures that instruments remain aseptic until chairside use, making it ideal for high-volume dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and surgical setups. The cabinet is fabricated from heavy-gauge, rust-proof MS sheet and finished with a durable epoxy powder-coated cream exterior, offering long-term corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. Its double-door design allows convenient access to stored instruments while improving workflow efficiency in busy clinical environments. The inner chamber is lined with stainless steel bright mirror-finish sheet, which reflects ultraviolet rays uniformly across all trays, ensuring effective germicidal coverage. The unit is equipped with original Philips/Osram UV tubes that inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. A magnetic gasket on both doors ensures complete chamber sealing, while the micro door safety switch instantly cuts off UV emission when either door is opened, preventing accidental UV exposure. LED lights fitted inside the chamber enhance visibility during loading and unloading.

Directions for Use

Opening the Door:

• After the sterilization cycle is complete, turn off the power switch.
• Allow a few moments for the UV lamps to power down completely.
• Open the chamber door slowly and cautiously.

Safety Precautions:

• Be cautious when handaling sterilized items, as they may be hot.
• Avoid direct exposure to UV rays. The micro door switch should have cut off the UV source when the door was opened, but exercise caution.

Cleaning:

• Regularly clean the chamber and trays to maintain hygiene.

Storage:

• Store sterilized items appropriately, following standard storage procedures.
