Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Ensure the patient’s teeth are clean and dry before starting the procedure.
• Use a dental mirror and light to inspect the teeth for any debris or plaque that may interfere with bonding.

Bracket Placement:

• Select the appropriate Koden Super Mini MBT Metal Bracket for each tooth based on the treatment plan.
• Apply a small amount of orthodontic adhesive to the base of the bracket.
• Position the bracket on the tooth, ensuring the correct orientation and alignment according to the treatment plan.

Bonding:

• Press the bracket firmly onto the tooth, ensuring complete contact between the adhesive and the tooth surface.
• Use a curing light to harden the adhesive, following the manufacturer’s recommended curing time.

Wire Insertion:

• Once all brackets are securely bonded, select the appropriate orthodontic wire.
• Insert the wire into the bracket slots, starting from one end of the arch and working towards the other end.
• Secure the wire with ligatures or self-ligating mechanisms, depending on the bracket design.

Adjustment:

• Check for proper alignment and make any necessary adjustments to the wire to ensure optimal fit and comfort for the patient.
• Provide instructions to the patient on maintaining oral hygiene and avoiding foods that could damage the brackets or wire.

Follow-up:

• Schedule regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments to the brackets or wire.
• Replace the wire or ligatures as needed to continue the treatment plan effectively.
