Directions for Use

Preparation

• Patient Preparation: Ensure the patient’s teeth are clean and dry. Use a dental scaler to remove plaque and debris
• Bracket Selection: Choose the appropriate size and type of Iceram-P brackets based on the treatment plan

Bonding Process

• Etching:
  • Apply a phosphoric acid etchant (typically 37%) to the enamel surface of the teeth for about 15-30 seconds, depending on the manufacturer’s recommendations
  • Rinse thoroughly with water and dry the tooth surface with air to achieve a frosty appearance
• Primer Application:
  • Apply a bonding agent or primer to the etched enamel according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This enhances adhesion between the bracket and tooth surface

Bracket Placement

• Positioning:
  • Use the color-coded tie wings on the brackets for easy identification
  • Position the anatomical base of the bracket against the tooth, ensuring it aligns correctly with the desired occlusal plane
• Adhesive Application:
  • Apply a suitable orthodontic adhesive to the base of the bracket
  • Firmly press the bracket onto the tooth, ensuring proper fit and alignment

Ligature Placement

Final Adjustments
