The Julldent Soft Tissue VISTA Tunneling Kit (JULL-DENT 182) is a professionally engineered
set of five specialized elevators developed by Julldent for performing the VISTA technique —
Vestibular Incision Subperiosteal Tunnel Access. Designed to create a subperiosteal tunnel beneath
the mucosa through a minimally invasive vestibular access point, this kit enables clinicians to
achieve efficient and precise soft tissue elevation across gingival margins, interproximal tissues,
and the vestibular region with exceptional control. Each instrument features a distinctively black
design for high visibility inside the tunnel, square and sharp tips for effective periosteal
detachment, and anatomically adapted shank angles that allow access around the natural curvatures
of both the maxilla and mandible. The tips are thoughtfully curved toward the bone to prevent
accidental tissue perforation during tunneling. With a micro tip for delicate papilla elevation and

Directions for Use

Preparation

• Sterilize all five elevators from the VISTA Tunneling Kit prior to use
• Review the treatment area and select the appropriate elevator based on the anatomical location and tunneling requirement

Access Creation

• Create a small vestibular incision at the access point following the VISTA technique protocol
• Use Tunneling Instrument No. 1 (Small) to initiate the subperiosteal tunnel in narrow or restricted areas

Tunnel Elevation

• Advance the selected elevator beneath the mucosa using controlled strokes to develop the subperiosteal tunnel
• Use Tunneling Instrument No. 2 (Large) for broader tunnel expansion in wider surgical zones
• Switch to Tunneling Instrument No. 3 (Rabbit Foot) for elevation beneath interproximal and curved anatomical regions

Papilla & Margin Elevation

• Use Tunneling Instrument No. 4 (Papilla Elevator) with its micro tip to gently elevate interdental papilla without perforation
• Apply Tunneling Instrument No. 5 (Smile) for accessing gingival margins along the curved anterior arch

Post Use Care

• Inspect all elevator tips for debris and clean thoroughly after each procedure
• Autoclave sterilize the full kit and store safely to preserve the sharpness and coating integrity of each instrument
