Directions for Use

• Apply Toothpaste: Squeeze a small amount of RA Thermoseal toothpaste onto the bristles of the Thermoseal Ultrasoft Toothbrush.
• Brush Gently: Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Gently brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of your teeth using short, back-and-forth strokes.
• Clean Each Section: Spend about 30 seconds on each quadrant of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left) to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Brush Tongue: Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.
• Rinse Thoroughly: After brushing, rinse your mouth and the toothbrush thoroughly with water.
• Use Twice Daily: For optimal results, use the Thermoseal Ultrasoft Toothbrush twice a day, in the morning and before bed.
• Replace Regularly: Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
