5. Oral mucositis during and after cancer therapy.
6. Multiple oral mucosal injuries due to orthodontic appliances, oral surgery appliances

Directions for Use

• Shake the bottle well before use, if applicable.

• Gargle or rinse your mouth with water to ensure the oral cavity is clean before using Benzydamine

• Measure the recommended dose of Benzydamine as instructed by your healthcare provider. This may involve using a provided measuring cup, dropper, or spray applicator.

• If using a spray formulation, aim the nozzle toward the affected area of the mouth or throat and press the spray pump to release the medication. Be careful not to inhale the spray.

• If using a liquid formulation, pour the measured dose into a cup or directly into the mouth.

• Swish the medication around in your mouth or gargle for the recommended duration, usually 30 seconds to 1 minute. Make sure to reach all areas of the mouth and throat, focusing on the affected areas.

• Spit out the medication after rinsing or gargling, unless instructed otherwise by your healthcare professional.

• Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after using Benzydamine to allow the medication to remain in contact with the affected areas for optimal effectiveness.
