This advanced manufacturing, using computer controlled precision engineering, ensures true concentricity and balance, minimising vibration and potential damage to handpiece bearings and at the same time improving cutting efficiency and product longevity.

Different grain sizes allow the targeted removal of specific volumes and maximum conservation of tooth substance. The burs are available in various sizes.

Directions for Use

• Sterilization: Prior to each clinical use, sterilize the bur in an autoclave following standard dental infection control protocols to ensure aseptic handling.
• Insertion: Firmly insert the FG (Friction Grip) shank into a compatible airotors. Confirm the bur is fully seated and rotates concentrically to prevent vibration and ensure cutting accuracy.
• Clinical Application: Use the bur for efficient cavity and crown preparation, especially when rapid tooth structure reduction is required. The coarse grit provides aggressive cutting ideal for shaping inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridge preps.
• Cutting Technique: Employ steady, moderate pressure while directing the tapered round end to form rounded internal line angles, convergent axial walls for crown prep, and divergent walls for cavity, inlay, and onlay preparations.
• Cooling: Operate the bur under constant water spray to manage frictional heat, protect the pulp, and extend the lifespan of the diamond grit.
• Post-Use Handling: After completion of the procedure, rinse the bur to remove debris, disinfect thoroughly, and sterilize again before storage or next use.
• Storage: Store in a clean, dry bur block to maintain cutting integrity and prevent contamination. Regularly inspect for wear or damage and replace as needed to ensure optimal clinical performance.
