Directions for Use

• Prepare the Work Area: Ensure all instruments, molds, and prosthesis surfaces are clean, dry, and ready for use

• Measure Powder and Liquid: Measure the appropriate amounts of DPI RR Cold Cure Powder and liquid monomer, using a recommended powder-to-liquid ratio of approximately 3:1 for best results

• Mix Thoroughly: Combine both components in a mixing bowl and blend gently until a smooth, uniform mixture is achieved

• Wait for the Dough Stage: Allow the mix to reach a workable dough consistency
• Working Time: Approximately 4 minutes, so adapt the material promptly

• Apply the Material: Place the acrylic dough into the denture repair site, reline space, rebase mold, or orthodontic appliance form. Ensure even adaptation to avoid internal voids

• Maintain Pressure if Required: Use a press or flasking unit to maintain shape and minimize porosity during curing

• Allow Bench Curing: Let the material set at ambient temperature
• Bench Cure Time: Approximately 14 minutes for full polymerization

• Finish and Polish: Once cured, trim excess material, refine contours, and polish to obtain a smooth, aesthetic finish
