Directions for Use
Preparation
- Confirm the ball abutment size and gingival height match the implant platform
- Ensure the implant site is clean and the surgical/prosthetic field is sterile
- Sterilize the driver before use
Placement
- Engage the 3.2 mm hex tip fully into the drive hex of the ball abutment
- Lift and carry the abutment to the implant, keeping it stable on the driver tip
- Align the abutment with the implant connection and seat it gently
Operation
- Hand-thread the abutment clockwise into the implant using the driver
- Apply final torque to the manufacturer’s recommended value using a compatible ratchet/torque wrench
- Disengage the driver with a straight pull to avoid dislodging the abutment
Post Use Care
- Verify the abutment is fully seated and secure
- Clean the driver to remove debris
- Autoclave and store dry for reuse
