Being Foshan Air-rotor Handpieces are an excellent range of handpieces. Precision-engineered to offer the power and reliability required to perform clinical procedures. The new Ceramic turbine cartridge delivers increased smoothness, while the bur retention system has been engineered to securely retain the bur under increased torque loads. The Stainless Steel body of the airotor is comfortable in the hand and is angulated at the optimum degree for excellent direct visibility of the operating site, without compromise.

The high-speed handpiece is a precision device for the removal of tooth tissue efficiently and rapidly with no pressure, heat or vibration and cut the tooth-like butter. The mechanical instrument used to perform a variety of common dental procedures, including removing the decay, polishing fillings, performing cosmetic dentistry, and altering prostheses.

Directions for Use

• Prepare the handpiece: Before use, ensure that the handpiece is clean and properly sterilized according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Check that the handpiece is free from debris and that the chuck operates smoothly.
• Connect the handpiece: Attach the handpiece to the dental unit’s delivery system using the appropriate connections.
• Select the appropriate attachment: Depending on the dental procedure you’re performing, choose the suitable dental bur or attachment for the handpiece. Dental burs come in various shapes and sizes for different purposes such as cutting, grinding, or polishing teeth.
• Insert the dental bur: Hold the handpiece with a firm grip and activate the bur locking mechanism or chuck release. Insert the dental bur into the chuck and tighten it securely. Ensure that the bur is properly aligned and centered.
• Ready to use: With the dental bur securely in place and the handpiece settings adjusted, you are now ready to use the Foshan Airotor Handpiece. Gently place the dental bur on the tooth surface or the targeted area and activate the handpiece by pressing the foot pedal or the handpiece activation button, depending on the setup of your dental unit.
• Perform the procedure: While operating the handpiece, maintain a controlled grip and apply appropriate pressure to achieve the desired outcome. Follow standard dental techniques and protocols for the specific procedure you are performing.
• Monitor and adjust settings: Throughout the procedure, monitor the handpiece’s performance and make any necessary adjustments to the speed, water spray, or other settings as needed to optimize the outcome and ensure patient comfort.
• After use: Once the procedure is complete, deactivate the handpiece and remove the dental bur carefully. Clean and sterilize the handpiece according to the manufacturer’s instructions and dental clinic protocols.
