Directions for Use

Setup and Safety Precautions:

Power On:

• Switch on the power source and confirm that the machine is connected to a suitable power outlet.

Prepare the Casting Area:

• Ensure that the casting area is clean and free from any debris.
• Have your casting molds and metal alloys ready for the casting process.

Set Casting Parameters:

• Using the user-friendly operating panel, input the required casting parameters. These may include:
• Casting temperature (up to 1,550°C).
• Starting speed (choose between the two adjustable options).

Load the Metal Alloy:

• Place the appropriate metal alloy into the casting crucible, following safety guidelines for handling hot metals.

• The integrated infrared sensor will safely and gently melt the metal alloy to the specified casting temperature.

Cooling and Finishing:

• Once cooled, carefully open the machine’s cover, and remove the cast object.
