Directions for Use

• Preparation: Ensure that all materials and instruments are sterile before starting. Confirm that the Xcem Osspore Synthetic Bone Grafts are at room temperature or slightly warmed if needed to facilitate handling.
• Site Preparation: Thoroughly clean and debride the bone defect site. Ensure the area is free of debris, and achieve hemostasis to create a suitable environment for graft placement.
• Selecting the Graft: Choose the appropriate graft ratio based on the defect size and clinical requirements. Use the 60/40 ratio for larger defects requiring long-term stability, or the 25/75 ratio for smaller defects or situations requiring rapid bone formation.
• Mixing with Autologous Bone (if applicable): For larger defects or enhanced regeneration, mix Xcem Osspore with autologous bone chips. The autogenous bone provides additional growth factors, improving osteoinduction and osteogenesis.
