The Woodpecker W3-Pro NiTi Rotary Files 25mm – 25/6% (Pack of 6) is a rotary nickel-titanium file set engineered for predictable, efficient root canal shaping. Made from flexible NiTi alloy, each file adapts closely to the natural canal curvature, reducing the risk of ledging, transportation, and canal straightening. A low cyclic fatigue coefficient improves resistance to file separation, giving greater safety even in narrow or curved canals. The set combines variable-taper glide path files with fixed-taper shaping files, letting you move from orifice opening through to apical finishing in a controlled sequence. Enhanced flexibility allows smooth negotiation and thorough pulp tissue removal without over-preparing the coronal third. Colour-coded files and defined motor settings make the sequence easy to follow chairside. Compatible with most endodontic rotary motors, this set delivers clean, well-tapered preparations ready for obturation — dependable for both routine and complex cases across a wide range of canal anatomies.

Directions for Use
Preparation
- Establish straight-line access, confirm working length, and ensure a patent glide path. Irrigate the canal and set the correct speed and torque on your rotary motor.
Operation
- Insert the file into the canal and advance with light apical pressure using a gentle pecking motion. Let the file follow the canal; never force. Irrigate and recapitulate between passes.
Post-Use Care
- Clean off debris, inspect for unwinding or deformation, and discard any distorted file. Ultrasonically clean, then autoclave before reuse. Track usage cycles and replace per clinical wear.
