Directions for Use

Setup and Connections

• Place the TurboDrive Elite Main Unit on a stable, dry surface near the dental unit.
• Connect the micromotor hose (A) to the micromotor port on the Main Unit.
• Connect the pneumatic 4-way input (B) to the dental chair’s air and water supply line.
• Attach the power supply cord (C) and plug it into a properly grounded outlet.

Handpiece Attachment

• Attach a compatible dental handpiece (gear ratio 1:1 or 1:5) to the LED micromotor.
• Ensure the handpiece is fitted with appropriate burs for the intended procedure.

Activation and Operation

• Turn on the main power switch. The green status light will indicate the unit is powered.
• Use the foot pedal of your dental unit to control the micromotor speed and activation.
• Adjust air and water spray settings as required using the dental unit controls.

Usage Precautions

• Ensure the micromotor hose is not bent or twisted.
• Do not operate the motor during the administration of anesthetic gases.
• Maintain a distance of at least 25 cm between the motor and any anesthesia breathing circuit.
• Only use the system under professional supervision in a clinical environment.

Post-Use Care

• Power off the unit and unplug it after use.
• Detach and clean the handpiece and micromotor according to standard infection control procedures.
• Store the unit in a clean, dry location.
