Description
Waldent BESTEtch is a 37% phosphoric etchant gel that is used to etch enamel and/or dentin as indicated in the instructions provided with the various dental adhesive systems. Its non-drying thixotropic liquid composition prevents thickening and dry out with time and thus maintains its flow characteristics.
INDICATION:
- For cementation of inlays, crowns, bridges, veneers, adhesive bridges, posts & cores
- Composite restorations
- Bonding of orthodontics attachments (e.g. bracket)

- For pit and fissure sealing

Directions for Use
- Clean the area to be etched, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Isolate the area using choice of separation technique
- Place the tip against the surface to be etched and slowly dispense the gel on the surface to lay a fine line or paint a thin layer to the areas to be etched.
- Allow the gel to stay for 10- 15 seconds and rinse thoroughly with water spray.
- Dry etched tooth surface with clean, dry air.
