Vishal Dentocare ZircoTech DC Core Dual Cure Composite Resin is a dual-cure, radiopaque flowable composite resin formulated for core build-up procedures and root post cementation. Containing 70% w/w inorganic fillers in a methacrylate resin matrix, it provides high compressive strength, excellent wear resistance, and outstanding marginal adaptation for long-term restorative success. The dual-curing mechanism combines light-cure and self-cure polymerization, ensuring complete curing even in areas with limited light access. Directions for Use

Preparation

• Clean and isolate the treatment area thoroughly
• Prepare the cavity conservatively and dry the surface
• Protect the pulp with a suitable liner if clinically indicated
• Apply the recommended dental bonding agent according to its instructions

Application

• Remove the syringe cap and attach a new mixing tip
• Attach an intraoral tip if required for precise placement
• Place a matrix band around the prepared tooth if necessary
• Dispense the material directly into the cavity or post space
• Allow the material to self-cure for approximately 3–4 minutes
• Light cure the restoration for 40 seconds

Finishing

• Finish and contour the restoration immediately after curing
• Proceed with crown or bridge preparation as required
