Directions for Use

Preparation

• Complete cleaning and shaping of the canal using ProTaper Universal or Gold finishing files up to the desired apical size (F1–F5).
• Irrigate the canal with sodium hypochlorite followed by EDTA and a final saline rinse.
• Dry the canal thoroughly using matching ProTaper paper points.
• Select the Sure Endo cone corresponding to the final finishing file used.

Operation

• Insert the master cone to full working length and confirm apical tug-back.
• Verify seating using the printed length markings and take a cone-fit radiograph.
• Coat the apical third of the cone with sealer and reseat to working length.
• Complete obturation using single-cone, cold lateral compaction, or warm vertical technique as per case requirement.
• Sear off excess cone at the canal orifice with a heated instrument and condense the coronal gutta percha.

Post Use Care

• Discard used and contaminated cones; do not re-sterilise for reuse.
• Store unused points in the original sealed container, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Keep the box tightly closed to prevent oxidation and brittleness of unused cones.
