Directions for Use

• Check Gum Condition: Examine the gingival tissue around the tooth to select the appropriate cord size
• Prepare the Cord: Cut the required length of cord using the smart cutting cap
• Insert the Cord: Using a cord packer, gently place the cord into the gingival sulcus, starting from one interproximal area and working around the tooth. Apply minimal force to avoid tissue trauma
• If Bleeding is Present, Apply a Hemostatic Solution: If you notice bleeding, soak the cord in a hemostatic solution (such as aluminum chloride) before placement or apply a hemostatic agent directly to the sulcus to control bleeding and achieve ideal tissue management
• Allow Retraction: Leave the cord in place for several minutes (typically 5–10 minutes) to allow tissue retraction and moisture control
• Remove the Cord: Carefully remove the cord just before taking the impression. Ensure no cord remains in the sulcus
• Proceed with Impression: Take the impression once the tissue is adequately retracted and the area is clean and dry
