Directions for Use

1. Preoperative Assessment

• Take periapical and bitewing radiographs to assess pulp chamber size, root orientation, and calcifications
• Ensure anesthesia and isolation with a rubber dam

2. Assemble the Bur

• Insert the SuperEndo Bur – 14 into a high-speed handpiece with proper torque settings
• Check for stability and secure attachment

3. Initial Penetration

• Begin cutting at the center of the occlusal surface (posterior teeth) or lingual surface (anterior teeth)
• Use light, controlled pressure and a brushing motion to penetrate the enamel

4. Access to the Dentin and Pulp Chamber

• Once through enamel, adjust the angle to follow the long axis of the tooth
• Use the bur’s tapered round tip to gently widen the access cavity while avoiding excessive dentin removal

5. Refine Cavity Walls

• Smooth and flare the walls to create a straight-line access to the canal orifices
• The fine diamond grit ensures clean cavity margins without overcutting

6. Evaluate with Explorer and Mirror

• Periodically stop and check the visibility of the pulp chamber and canal entries
• Use an endo explorer to verify the canal location

7. Final Irrigation and Inspection

• Rinse with sodium hypochlorite or saline to remove debris
• Ensure no ledges or unsupported enamel remain
