Directions for Use

Power On

• Ensure the furnace is properly connected to a 230V power supply with a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Switch on the power.

Program Selection 

• Press the program selection button to choose the desired pre-heating cycle. There are 20 programs available (15 normal and 5 fast).

Program Customization:

• For each phase, set the desired values for temperature, increase rate, and holding time using the respective buttons.

Ignition Delay (Optional) 

• If needed, set an ignition delay using the dedicated function.

Fumes Aspiration Fan (Optional) 

• Adjust the fumes aspiration fan Off temperature, if applicable.

Final Temperature Holding Time (Optional) 

• If required, set a final temperature holding time at the end of the cycle.

Load Cylinders 

• Open the furnace chamber and carefully load the cylinders to be preheated. Ensure they are securely placed.

Close Chamber 

• Gently close the chamber door to create a sealed environment.

Initiate Program 

• Press the start button to begin the selected program.

Monitor Progress 

• The display will show the current phase, temperature, and time remaining.

End of Cycle:

• When the cycle completes, the furnace will automatically indicate the end.
• Open the chamber once the cycle ends.

Unload Cylinders 

• Using appropriate safety equipment, carefully remove the preheated cylinders.
