Directions for Use
- Preparation: Ensure the acrylic denture base is properly prepared and ready for incorporation of the reinforcement mesh.
- Cutting: Cut the Maarc reinforcement mesh to fit the specific dimensions of the denture base. Use scissors or a suitable cutting tool to achieve precise sizing.
- Placement: Position the cut reinforcement mesh onto the denture base. It should be sandwiched between layers of acrylic resin during the denture processing.
- Integration: Apply a layer of acrylic resin over the reinforcement mesh, ensuring it covers the mesh completely and adheres well to both the mesh and the denture base.
- Processing: Continue with the normal denture processing steps, such as polymerization or curing, to finalize the denture construction. The reinforcement mesh should be securely embedded within the acrylic layers.
- Finishing: After processing, trim and finish the denture as per usual protocols. Ensure that the reinforcement mesh is evenly distributed and does not protrude or cause discomfort.
