Directions for Use

Preparation

• Ensure the denture or appliance surface is clean, dry, and free from debris or grease. Use a clean, dry mixing jar and spatula.

Measuring

• Measure DPI RR Cold Cure Powder and Liquid in the recommended 3:1 powder-to-liquid ratio for optimal strength and handling.

Mixing

• Pour the liquid monomer into the mixing jar first, then gradually add the powder. Mix gently until a smooth, bubble-free, homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Dough Stage Application

• Allow the mixture to reach the dough stage. Apply the acrylic evenly to the repair or fabrication area, ensuring proper adaptation.

Working Time

• Complete shaping and contouring within the 4-minute working time to avoid distortion or premature setting.

Curing

• Allow the material to self-cure at room temperature for approximately 10–15 minutes. Do not apply external heat.

Finishing

• After complete curing, trim, finish, and polish to achieve accurate fit, smooth surface, and natural appearance.
