Labodent Zirconia Ceramic Blanks ST-C | A2 Shade | Pre-Shaded CAD/CAM Discs are pre-shaded standard translucency milling discs designed for digital fabrication of dental restorations requiring an A2 Vita shade match — one of the most commonly prescribed shades in everyday restorative and prosthetic dentistry. The ST-C geometry ensures compatibility with open-architecture CAD/CAM milling systems used in dental laboratories and in-office digital workflows.

The A2 pre-pigmentation is distributed uniformly throughout the blank during manufacturing, so shade consistency is maintained across the full depth of the restoration after sintering — reducing reliance on surface staining and keeping the finishing process efficient. Directions for Use

Preparation

• Load the blank into CAD CAM milling machine

Milling

• Design restoration using CAD software

Sintering

• Sinter at recommended temperature of 1530°C

Finishing

• Adjust occlusion and contour if required
• Polish or glaze for final aesthetics
