Description

The Julldent 058 Bone Collector is a reusable dental surgical instrument designed to harvest and preserve autogenous bone during implant procedures. The system features a detachable bone filter that integrates seamlessly with standard dental suction units. As the surgeon prepares the implant site, bone particles are automatically collected in the sterile filter chamber. The accumulated bone can then be harvested and immediately used for augmentation procedures, such as filling small defects around implants or treating periodontal issues. Directions for Use

Step 1: Setup

• Remove JULL-DENT 058 from packaging
• Attach bone collector to your dental unit’s standard suction line
• Verify the bone filter is securely fitted

Step 2: During Implant Preparation

• Turn on suction before drilling begins
• Proceed with normal implant site preparation
• Bone particles automatically collect in the filter as you drill

Step 3: Harvest Collected Bone

• Stop suction temporarily
• Detach the bone filter from the collector tube
• Extract accumulated bone material from filter
• Use collected bone immediately for augmentation

Step 4: Continue If Needed

• Reinsert filter back into collector
• Resume suction and drilling
• Repeat harvest process as required during procedure

Step 5: Post-Procedure

• Discard or clean filter based on condition
• Sterilize bone collector components
• Autoclave before next use
• Replace filter if necessary
