Directions for Use

• Ensure that all equipment is clean and dry before use. The moulds should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Prepare the appropriate impression material according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure that the material has a smooth, homogenous consistency.
• Place the blue M8019 dentulous cast mould into the patient’s mouth. Make sure it aligns properly with the dental arch and fits comfortably on the gums.
• Apply the prepared impression material evenly around the teeth and gums, ensuring complete coverage. Have the patient bite down gently and hold the position for the recommended time.
• After the impression material has set, carefully remove the mould from the mouth. Take care not to distort the material or damage the mould.
• Clean the mould thoroughly using mild soap and water. Disinfect the mould as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to maintain hygiene.
• Once the impression is removed and cleaned, pour the appropriate dental stone or plaster into the impression to create a cast. Allow it to set fully before handling or making further adjustments.
