DDI Root – Buddy Root Remover System (Pack Of 3)  is designed to minimize trauma during dental extractions. Its precise and minimally invasive approach eliminates the need for excess bone removal, making it ideal for cases where reconstruction is required. Its compact size ensures excellent visibility and access to even the most challenging root tips, drastically reducing extraction time. The tool navigates through decay to securely anchor into solid tooth structure, allowing for fast and controlled removal. The system includes flexible periostomes to gently separate root pieces from surrounding tissues, while a luxator further loosens them. A tapered drill (HP 702, 1.2mm) is then used for final extraction. Available in 1mm diameter and lengths of 25mm, 30mm, and 40mm for versatile clinical applications.

Directions for Use

Initial Separation:

• Use a flexible periotome to gently separate the root fragment from surrounding gingiva and desmodontal fibers

Loosening:

• Utilize a luxator to further loosen the root tip, making it easier to access

Insertion:

• Carefully insert the extractor into the canal or root fragment to anchor securely into the solid tooth structure

Tapered Drilling:

• Drill into the root piece using the 1.2mm HP 702 tapered drill if necessary to enhance grip and removal efficiency

Extraction:

• Atraumatically remove the root piece by gently pulling out the instrument along with the fragment
