Directions for Use

Preparation:

• Use a soft-bristled toothbrush for gentle and effective cleaning.
• Apply the recommended amount of toothpaste (smear for children under 3; pea-sized for ages 3-6; adequate amount for adults).

Brushing Technique:

• Position the Brush: Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line.
• Brush in Sections: Gently move the brush in circular or short back-and-forth motions to clean all tooth surfaces, including front, back, and chewing surfaces.
• Focus on Each Quadrant: Spend 30 seconds on each section of the mouth, brushing for 2 minutes.

Spit, Don’t Swallow:
After brushing, spit out the toothpaste to avoid ingesting excess fluoride.

Rinse (Optional):
Rinse your mouth lightly with water or leave a small amount of fluoride residue for added protection (consult your dentist for advice).

Frequency:
