Directions for Use

• Rinse Before Brushing: Begin by rinsing your mouth with water to clear any food particles.

• Measure the Rinse: Pour 10-15 ml (about one capful) of Shy-OR Oral Rinse into a cup. Avoid diluting it with water.

• Rinse for 30 Seconds: Take the rinse into your mouth and swish it around thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring it reaches all areas, especially sensitive regions.

• Do Not Swallow: Spit out the rinse after 30 seconds. Avoid swallowing it.

• Avoid Eating or Drinking: For best results, refrain from eating or drinking for 30 minutes after rinsing to allow the desensitizing agents to work effectively.

• Use Twice Daily: For optimal relief and protection, use Shy-OR Oral Rinse twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed, as part of your regular oral care routine.
