- Perform slow, buccal and palatal movements to luxate the tooth.
- Once mobility is achieved, apply traction to remove the tooth from the socket.
- Inspect the extracted tooth and socket for any remaining fragments.
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize the instrument after use.
