Description

GC Fuji Varnish is a protective cavity varnish designed to form a thin insulating layer on dentin surfaces during restorative procedures. It helps seal dentinal tubules and protects the pulp from thermal, chemical, and galvanic irritation under amalgam and other restorative materials. The varnish forms a uniform film after solvent evaporation, providing effective surface protection and reducing microleakage. Its easy brush-on application ensures controlled placement and quick clinical handling. GC Fuji Varnish is commonly used as a cavity liner beneath restorations where dentin protection is required, supporting long-term restoration performance and improving patient comfort during restorative dental treatments.

RECOMMENDED INDICATIONS:

For the prevention of water and saliva contamination to exposed surfaces of
glass ionomer cements during the first 24 hours after placement.

Directions for Use

• Step 1: Place the glass ionomer cement according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Step 2: Using a cotton pellet or brush apply GC Fuji VARNISH to all exposed glass ionomer and adjacent surfaces.
• Step 3: Dry by gently blowing with air syringe.
• Step 4: Maintain moisture isolation for 2-3 minutes.
• Note : GC Fuji VARNISH is volatile. Close bottle immediately after use.
