Directions for Use

• Preparation: Ensure that the autoclave is placed on a stable and level surface in a well-ventilated area. Verify that the water reservoir is filled with distilled or demineralized water to the recommended level.Check that the autoclave chamber and trays are clean and free from debris.
• Loading Instruments: Place the dental instruments to be sterilized on the autoclave trays, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow for proper steam circulation.
• Selecting a Program: Use the touch-button control panel to select the appropriate sterilization program based on the type of instruments and materials being sterilized. Ensure that the program meets Class B standards.
• Drying Time Adjustment (if needed): If required, adjust the drying time according to your specific sterilization needs. This step is optional.
• Starting Sterilization: Close the autoclave chamber door securely. Initiate the sterilization cycle by following the instructions on the control panel. The autoclave will begin the sterilization process, including heating and steam generation.
• Monitoring the Process: Throughout the cycle, monitor the autoclave’s display panel for updates on temperature, pressure, and sterilization progress.
• Completion and Cooling: Once the sterilization cycle is complete, the autoclave will automatically initiate a cooling phase to ensure the safe handling of sterilized instruments.
• Safe Opening: After the cooling phase, unlock and open the autoclave chamber door carefully, following safety procedures to prevent burns from steam.
• Removing Sterilized Instruments: Remove the sterilized instruments using sterilized or disinfected gloves and place them in a clean, designated area.
• Documentation: If necessary, use the internal USB module to record the sterilization process for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
• Maintenance: After each use, clean the autoclave chamber and trays, and ensure that it is properly maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
