Directions for Use

Step 1 – Prepare the Patient

• Ask the patient to relax their jaw before placement
• Ensure the area is relatively dry for optimal ink transfer

Step 2 – Place the Articulating Paper

• Hold the sheet using articulating paper forceps
• Position the blue sheet over the occlusal surfaces of the teeth

Step 3 – Record the Bite

• Instruct the patient to bite down gently but firmly
• Ask them to perform lateral and protrusive movements if needed

Step 4 – Examine the Marks

• Remove the paper carefully using the forceps
• Examine the deep blue marks to identify high contact points

Step 5 – Adjust and Repeat

• Make necessary occlusal adjustments based on the marks
• Repeat the process until a balanced occlusion is achieved
