Directions for Use

1. Chew the Tablet: Take one disclosing tablet and chew it thoroughly for 30 seconds. Allow the tablet to mix with your saliva, ensuring the liquid reaches all areas of your teeth.

2. Distribute Saliva: Sluice the saliva over your teeth and through the interdental gaps by swishing it around your mouth.

3. Spit Out: Spit the tablet residue and stained saliva directly into a spittoon or sink. Ensure the tap water is running to prevent staining the sink.

4. Inspect the Stain: Look at your teeth in a mirror. Red stains indicate plaque that is 1 to 3 days old, while blue stains show plaque that is over 3 days old.

5. Brush and Clean: Brush your teeth thoroughly to remove all the stained plaque. If needed, use an interdental brush or dental floss to clean hard-to-reach areas, such as between teeth.

6. Rinse: Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining stain and debris.
