Directions for Use

Aquasil Soft Putty Regular Set 2x450ml

Preparation:

• Ensure that the patient’s mouth is clean and dry.
• Prepare the dental tray by selecting the appropriate size.

Mixing the Putty:

• Take equal amounts of base and catalyst putty from the containers.
• Knead the two parts together quickly and thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved (typically within 30 seconds).

Loading the Tray:

• Once mixed, load the putty into the dental tray.
• Spread the putty evenly to ensure full coverage.

Taking the Impression:

• Place the tray in the patient’s mouth and press firmly to ensure the putty captures all details.
• Hold the tray in place for the recommended setting time (refer to the product instructions for exact time).

Removing the Tray:

• Once set, carefully remove the tray from the patient’s mouth.
• Inspect the impression for accuracy and completeness.

Cleaning and Storage:

• Clean the tray and remove any residual putty.
• Store the putty containers tightly sealed to maintain freshness.

Dispensing the Material:
