Directions for Use
- Ensure the patient’s teeth are clean and dry before application.
- Select the appropriate color and shape of the articulating paper.
- Place the articulating paper on the occlusal surfaces to be examined.
- Instruct the patient to bite down gently and perform lateral and protrusive movements as required.
- Remove the paper and examine the markings:
- Lighter marks indicate lighter bite forces.
- Darker marks signify heavier bite forces.
- Identify high spots and make necessary adjustments to the occlusion.
- Repeat the process as needed to achieve desired occlusal balance.
- After use, dispose of the articulating paper according to clinic protocols
