Directions for Use

Step 1: Verify Implant Compatibility

• Confirm that the implant system matches the compatible platform before proceeding with restoration.

Step 2: Prepare the Implant Site

• Remove the healing abutment carefully and clean the implant connection using air/water spray to eliminate debris or contaminants.

Step 3: Select the Appropriate Ti Base

• Choose the correct Ti Base according to gingival height, prosthetic space, and restoration requirements.

Step 4: Seat the Ti Base

• Align the hex connection accurately and place the Ti Base onto the implant platform with gentle pressure.

Step 5: Secure with Fixation Screw

• Insert the supplied abutment screw through the Ti Base and tighten using the recommended implant driver.

Step 6: Verify Passive Fit

• Check clinically and radiographically to ensure complete seating and passive adaptation without any gap.

Step 7: Digital Scanning or Impression

• Perform intraoral scanning or laboratory scanning for CAD/CAM restoration design workflow.

Step 8: Design the Restoration

• Use compatible CAD/CAM software to digitally design the zirconia or ceramic restoration.

Step 9: Mill the Prosthesis

• Fabricate the final restoration using zirconia or ceramic milling systems according to laboratory protocols.

Step 10: Bond Restoration to Ti Base

• Sandblast and clean the bonding surfaces if recommended, then cement the milled restoration onto the Ti Base using suitable adhesive cement.

Step 11: Remove Excess Cement

• Carefully remove all excess cement and polish the restoration margins for proper soft tissue adaptation.

Step 12: Final Placement

Place the final screw-retained restoration intraorally and tighten according to the implant manufacturer’s recommended torque values.

Step 13: Occlusion Check

• Verify occlusion, contacts, stability, and aesthetics before completing the procedure.

Step 14: Sterilization and Maintenance

• Autoclave reusable components at 134°C when required and follow standard implant maintenance protocols during follow-up visits.
