Directions for Use

1. Front Surface Mouth Mirror:

• Hold the mirror handle comfortably between your thumb and index finger.
• Position the mirror at an angle to reflect light onto the area of interest in the oral cavity.
• Adjust the mirror to achieve optimal visibility and no image distortion.
• Use the mirror to examine all parts of the oral cavity, including teeth, gums, and soft tissues.
• Clean and disinfect the mirror before and after each use according to standard sterilization protocols.

1. Double Ended Probe (Explorer):

• Grasp the probe handle in a pen grip between your thumb and index finger.
• Use the explorer tip to gently and systematically probe the tooth surfaces, pits, and fissures.
• Detect caries or soft spots in the enamel by feeling for texture variations or using the explorer’s tactile sensitivity.
• The opposite end of the probe can be used for exploring and assessing other dental conditions such as calculus or restoration margins.
• Clean and sterilize the probe after each use to prevent cross-contamination.

1. London College Tweezer (Cotton Plier):

• Hold the tweezer handles with a firm but controlled grip.
• Use the tweezer tips to grasp and manipulate cotton rolls or other small objects during diagnostic procedures.
